A short look at why Jagsin exists and what we are trying to do differently.
We started building apps after seeing our parents, elderly people and others around us struggle with software that was never really made with them in mind. Way too many steps, popups and guessing, making it super difficult.
That stayed with us. When we began building our own apps, simplicity and accessibility were not features added later. They were the starting point.
We also saw how many ordinary everyday features had quietly moved behind subscriptions. We wanted the core of what we build to stay free as it should.
Jagsin grew from that idea. We build these apps in our free time because we enjoy making them and because we want them to be genuinely useful to people who do not want to think about the app at all. They should simply be able to use it.
- Simple first. If a feature needs an explanation it probably needs a better design.
- Free stays free. No ads, paywalls or bundled installers.
- Built for everyone. We care about people who are less comfortable with technology just as much as those who are already comfortable with it.
