This is completely normal for new independent software. It is called a false positive.

Here is exactly what is happening. Major antivirus engines use heuristic detection. They do not only look for known viruses. They also look for unknown or new files that have not been seen by millions of users yet. We are a small independent team and our Windows installers are new, so engines flag the EXE as unknown or suspicious by default even when the code is clean, ad-free and safe.

How to safely proceed:

• We do not include malware, spyware or adware.
• If your antivirus blocks the download, choose Keep anyway or add an exception after you have checked the hash on this page.
• We are submitting our files to Microsoft, 360, Kaspersky and McAfee so they can be trusted. Those warnings fade as more people install the apps.
• Use Scan on VirusTotal under Download safety. You should see generic heuristic flags, not a named trojan family. We stand behind these builds. If something looks wrong, email hello@jagsin.in before you run the file.

Yes. Every PC app on this page is free to download. Jagsin POS is the only paid product. That is a restaurant till you request on Android.

No store account for Windows. The installer comes from jagsin.in. Android apps still install from Google Play.

The installers are not code-signed yet. Windows shows Unknown publisher for unsigned apps. That is a publisher warning, not a virus report. Check the SHA-256 hash on this page if you want to match the file you downloaded.
